Our History

When County Building Services first opened its doors back in 1999, we were one of the only companies offering commercial property management services in the San Diego region. At first, the owner Allen was the sole employee. After only a couple of months of being in business by himself, his company workload began to grow quickly. Due to the skyrocketing demand, the company was incorporated and Allen began assembling a team of highly qualified professional maintenance technicians.
